“Never planned a funeral before, which is the first difficulty, I suppose. And being my dad's next of kin, it was kind of all down to me. Yeah, the website's really easy to use. You know, you start off with sort of the notice, the funeral notice. So easy, you just put the name and the dates. A little bit about, I suppose, what they like. So my dad, you know, he loved roses. So I put that in and then up pops these sort of templates. You know, you can kind of choose between the templates. So it's not just one choice. There's quite a few options after that and they're all really pretty. So that's the first bit. And obviously then you send all that out via email, which is so much easier that you've got it all in one place instead of having to contact people separately, that's very time consuming. With Awake for me, especially, I had to change it at the last minute. So being able to just log back on and change those details and resend them out to everybody was just so much easier than having to, again, ring around or whatever and let everybody know the venue had changed. So it takes a lot of stress out of all the planning, definitely. Yeah, I mean, I wouldn't say that I'm exactly tech savvy either. Yeah, it was really easy to use. I would definitely recommend it.”
