Yes, to make the most of your session, we recommend gathering the following:
- Details about your loved one (e.g., name, date of birth, date of passing)
- Any photos you’d like to include
- Specific content, such as hymns, readings, or tributes
- A rough idea of the order of the service

Absolutely! Once the design is completed, we’ll share a draft with you. If there are any adjustments needed, we’ll ensure the design meets your expectations before finalising.
Yes - In your 45 minute session, we will work with you to create a funeral order of service and a funeral notice using the Membrance system. The session includes personalised design assistance and guidance, but printing costs are not included. And can be found here:

No, the free design session is paired with our professional printing service to ensure quality and consistency. Printing will be charged based on your chosen specifications, and we’ll provide transparent pricing before moving forward.
If you require additional support or custom design work, we’re happy to support you.
The video call will be conducted via Around. Don’t worry - you do not need a profile with around to join the call. For the best experience, we recommend:
